Dark Blue Baby Bird

It was tough to get a good shot of this guy. He is sitting at an angle. Waiting for mom to come back with some food! I use handmade clay and paint each little bird. All my little birds are hand sculpted and one of a kind..

This bird is approx 3 x 1.75 x 2 inches – I am totally guessing though, forgot to measure before I drove to McDonalds to post him!

Update 2/7: OK, got the new photo up. She does remind me a little of the Tasmanian Devil in the Bugs Bunny cartoons! Body shape maybe? I think I’ll name her the Tasmanian Mockingbird. New species – she lives in Tasmanian and eats juniper berries

Got the 360 view going on this one! Not sure why these birds are named purple sunbirds, they all look blue to me – so I made him blue ;0)
